Mathematics Test
MathTest is an internal mathematics exam required for admission to programs of the International School of Economics (except International Relations).
Programs requiring MathTest:

QR Test
Qazaq-Russian Test
QR Test is an internal exam to determine proficiency in Kazakh/Russian, required for further student placement into groups.
Test purpose:

The academic year begins in the first week of September.
Applications are accepted from June 1 to August 25.
• Copy of passport; • Original education document (certificate/diploma with transcript); • нотариально заверенный перевод документов на казахский или русский язык; • IELTS / TOEFL iBT / Duolingo / PET / CAE / FCE certificate; • Copy of birth certificate (if applicant is under 18); • Criminal record clearance certificate; • Math Test results (for ISE programs); • Motivation and recommendation letters; • Admission fee payment receipt.
Yes, all documents issued in a foreign language must be officially translated into Kazakh or Russian and notarized.
Recognition (nostrification) is mandatory for foreign education documents. Required: ID, application (submitted at Public Service Center), and apostilled document with translation. More info: https://egov.kz/cms/en/services/185pass_mon

For programs of the International School of Economics (except International Relations), passing the MathTest is mandatory.
Yes, preliminary application can be submitted online, but original documents must be provided before the academic year starts.
The cost per credit is 55,000 ₸. The average workload is 60 credits per year (~3,300,000 ₸). Applicable to all programs except International Relations.
Yes, international applicants can apply for internal grants via www.intl.mnu.kz. Deadline: April 15.
Yes, international students can apply for dormitory accommodation. Allocation is based on university policies.
