Registration for Comprehensive Testing (CT) is carried out on the website
CT registration periods
Testing periods
*The CT certificate issued between July 20 and August 10 is valid until December 1 of the current year.
*The CT certificate issued between November 18 and December 1 is valid until March 1 of the following year.
Passing Scores
1–1.5 years of study
Minimum passing score — 30 out of 70 possible. It is necessary to score at least 7 points in each block.
2 years of study
Passing score — 75 out of 150 possible. At least 25 points in a foreign language and at least 7 points in each of the other blocks.

The required documents include:
Diploma with transcript (original)
Six 3×4 photographs (original and digital copy);
Medical certificate form 075-U (original with stamp);
Chest X-ray / fluorography (original with stamp);
Original and copy of identity document;
* Applicants to the “Intellectual Property and Business Law” program must provide proof of English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 / Duolingo English Test 105—115 / TOEFL 60—78.
Copy of military registration certificate or military ID;
Certificate of the Comprehensive Testing (CT);
Receipt for payment of the Admission fee

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATES
Applicants holding one of the following certificates are exempt from the foreign language section of the Comprehensive Testing (CT) for Master’s programs.
English:
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) minimum score of 6.0;
TOEFL IBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language, Internet-based Test) minimum score of 60;
German:
Deutsche Sprachpruefung fuer den Hochschulzugang (DSH) Niveau C1/Level C1

Test de Français International™ (TFI) - minimum level B1 in reading and listening sections

Admission Process for International Applicants
International applicants are admitted to Master’s programs based on an interview
The interview is conducted online and held in the language of the chosen educational program.
Upon successful completion of the interview, the applicant becomes eligible to prepare and submit the required documents to the Admissions Office.
The application package must include (for foreign citizens):
Passport
Higher education diploma (original)
Apostille / legalization of the education document (depending on the country of issuance, provided by the Ministry of Education or the Ministry of Justice)
Certificate of no criminal record
Interview record
Six 3×4 photographs
Admissions committee protocol
Motivation letter
Language proficiency certificate for the “Intellectual Property and Business Law” program:
